Quality Inn & Suites Lawrenceburg

Hilda at the front desk is a 5 star employee! I just went down for breakfast. She was amazing. She went above and beyond. I asked several questions, and she answered them all with a smile. I asked for extra towels, and even though she was alone , she ran to get me some. We are on arizona time, so the boyfriend was still asleep and breakfast was ending. I started making him a plate, Hilda saw me struggling with the towels and the food and coffee, and took it upon her self to get me a food tray to help me carry everything. It was so helpful. I was really impressed with her attitude and level of service. The hotel it's self is fine. Exactally what you would expect for the level of stars ( 3 star hotel) and price point. No complaints. And like i mentioned already, has a great staff. My room was clean, there was no smell in the room ( saw others mention that) this is a town with a LARGE BREWERY IN IT, YOU WILL SMELL THAT BREWERY HOPS SMELL IN THE ENTIRE TOWN, NO MATTER WHERE YOU GO. But that is not the hotels fault. there is a smoke smell in the lobby, but that is probably because it blows in from the doors. Not bad, or in my room, and I honestly wouldn't mention it had the reviews not talked about it. So I would stay here again. And the price was more than half of what my parents spent on this same trip at the double tree Hilton. They spent several hundreds more, and probably didn't get anything to make that price worth it. Also breakfast was good. Bagels, muffins, cereals, fruit, oatmeal. A waffell maker, eggs, sausage, coffee, apple and orange juice. Toast, butters jams, ect. I was full and happy! And one more time for the hotel managers and owners.. HILDA WAS AMAZING. Her service made me take the time to give this review. Sounds silly but that was 5 star service, and I would guess that's how she treats all of her customers.

3 star hotel so no cracking countertops, patched floor covering or wall covering and just $50 online. The breakfast was self serve waffles hot off the grill, scrambled eggs and sausage, breads, muffins, coffee and two juices, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc., and a spacious dining room with a big screen TV!

Love this place and I often get rooms here when I visiting friends and family that I may not wanna stay with. Clean rooms and friendly and safe atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is obviously old and a bit beat up, but the essentials seem well taken care of! The beds and bedding are nice, the TV, AC, and fridge all work well and the shower is clean! Location is wonderfully positioned close enough to lawrenceburg and any stores you'll need access to! All in all a good stay, as long as a bit of dings on the door frames and frayed carpets can be looked over.

This hotel was pretty well equipped with everything. It had a fitness center, indoor pool with towels provided, vending & ice and laundry machines. The rooms were pretty good with everything necessary in them, although the fridge doesn't have a separate freezer compartment. We appreciated the shower, as it wasn't combined with a bathtub for once. Breakfast was also more than enough. Not quite sure, why everyone seems to hate this place, especially saying that it's dirty. I thought it was fine.

I have no clue what these other people are talking about. Stayed here Aug 30 - Sept 1 2024. The staff is the best I have ever encountered, friendly and so nice. The room is great. Clean and fresh and the beds, so so so comfortable. Wish I could find a comforter like the ones they have. A great place to stay, we had absolutely no issues with the staff or room. Didn’t use the pool but it is indoors. And the breakfast is actually breakfast. Waffles, scrabbled eggs, bacon, sausage and other things.

Dated but clean, very good service, breakfast was good too, overall pretty good, no hot tub with the pool, but did have rooms that had hot tubs! Definitely would go back if in the Area. Location is good, close to both creation muesium and The Ark.

I read the reviews a day before coming and they made me anxious , after staying though, here’s my review It might be slightly outdated but it’s also in bfe southern Indiana, our room was clean, our shower was hot, the room did get a little stuffy overnight but that’s whatever, clean pool, saw no bugs, stocked room with toiletries. Location is convenient, lawrenceburg itself is super cute hot breakfast, I paid 79 for a night so you won’t see me complaining, would have got a 5th star had there been a hot tub lol
